demo 日本語版はこちら An implementation that transcodes MPEG-2 to H.264/AVC without fully decoding the MPEG-2 video. Conventional transcoders decode MPEG-2 and encode the result from scratch with an H.264 encoder. This implementation instead reuses the MPEG-2 quantized coefficients, macroblock types, motion vectors, and picture-reference relationships, converting them directly into a corresponding H.264 bitstream without motion compensation or similar processing.Read the full README ↗
