1. Copy apps/_TEMPLATE/app.yaml to apps/your-app-name/app.yaml and fill it in (every field is commented).
2. Add a square logo.png (≤ 1MB) in the same folder.
3. Open a Pull Request. Don't edit README.md / apps.json — they regenerate automatically.
