Ondrift is a local-first Manifest V3 Chrome extension that rewrites and scores
prompts before they are sent on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok.
Without an API key, Ondrift provides ten free rewrites per day through its
Cloudflare proxy. Once that daily limit is reached, add your own free Gemini
API key in the options page to keep rewriting with no daily limit. Users who
add their own Gemini key get unlimited direct extension-to-Gemini rewrites with
no Ondrift backend involvement. No account or cloud sync is required.Read the full README ↗Ondrift is a local-first Manifest V3 Chrome extension that rewrites and scores prompts before they are sent on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. The settings interface and inline widget support Korean, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. The selected language is also used for rewritten prompts and rationales.
Install Ondrift directly from the Chrome Web Store listing. It updates automatically and is the easiest way to get started.
You can also install a specific release manually from its public ZIP, for example to test a build before it reaches the Chrome Web Store.

builds do not update automatically. For a new release, download the new ZIP,
replace the extracted folder, and reload Ondrift from chrome://extensions.
Use Node.js 22.22.2–22.x, 24.15.0–24.x, or 26.0.0 or newer.
