pepper-ru-web-compliance/pepper-ru-web-compliance.skill was refreshed to 2.4.0
on 2026-09-29 and matches that version's standalone ZIP. Other .skill files
remain frozen builds from commit 4128fe6. For subsequent updates, use versioned
ZIPs in dist/<name>/<version>/ or the matching release assets. Before releasing,
run python3 scripts/sync-compat-archives.py --write after building ZIPs; CI checks
that the supported .skill download matches the current ZIP.
