Marketing site, dashboard, and supporting API routes for Personas — a
platform for building and orchestrating multi-agent AI pipelines.
Built with Next.js 16 (App Router) + React 19 + TypeScript 6 + Tailwind 4.
The dashboard in this repository is a demo-only view backed by mocks in
src/lib/mockApi.ts and src/lib/mock-dashboard-data.ts. The real orchestrator
lives in a separate service; this repo proxies to it via /api/events/stream

git clone <repo-url>
cd personas-web
npm install
cp .env.example .env.local # fill in values — see Environment below
npm run dev # http://localhost:3000
Minimum env for a dev server that renders the marketing pages: none — the app boots without any env vars, Supabase- and orchestrator-backed features just degrade gracefully. What each failure looks like to a visitor, and what to check, is in docs/degraded-dependencies.md.
Copy .env.example to .env.local and fill in what you need.

A dev-only overlay for grabbing a component's src/.../File.tsx:line and pasting it
straight into an AI coding CLI (Claude Code, etc.). Off by default; never present in
production builds.
npm run dev:inspect # dev server with source-location stamping on
Then in the app, press ; (enters keyboard mode) then i (Inspect) to arm it.
Hover highlights the element under the cursor and pins a File.tsx:line chip; right-click
copies the call-site path, Alt+right-click copies the innermost element, click a HUD row to
copy any enclosing file, and Esc exits. A plain npm run dev works too, but the HUD will
say source mapping is OFF until you relaunch with npm run dev:inspect.
Under the hood, a gated Turbopack loader (scripts/dev-inspector/) stamps every host JSX
element with a data-loc attribute when DEV_INSPECT=1; the overlay
(src/app/_dev-inspector/) reads it at runtime. Both are absent from production.
