The Windows companion app for riftcompass.com: the
same free toolkit and player profiles as the website, plus what only a desktop
app can do with the League of Legends client running next to it: a draft

runes, summoner spells and an item set imported into the client with one

Download RiftCompass-Setup.exe from the
latest release
(or from the website). The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows
SmartScreen shows a warning the first time: "More info → Run anyway". The app
updates itself from GitHub Releases. What changed in each version is in
CHANGELOG.md.
