Architecture: one shared web app, a Cloudflare Worker with D1 and R2, and scheduled Python jobs that turn reviewed regional configuration and public data into published feeds.
Every layer keeps its source, date and coverage state, and the app shows a gap as a gap rather than filling it in. Data confidence explains the grades, coverage states and freshness rules, and data sources lists every provider with its licence.
