Ticket Tower

A simple, good-looking ticket bot for Discord. Members open a ticket with one click, your team answers in a private channel or thread, and everything is managed from a clean web dashboard.

Getting started

1. Add the bot to your server.
2. Log in at tickettower.net with Discord and pick your server.
3. Follow the quick setup on the Home page: create a ticket type, then post your ticket panel in a channel.

That's it. Members click a button, and a private ticket opens for them and your support team.

Features

• Ticket panels: post a message with buttons or a dropdown menu, designed in the dashboard with a live preview, with your own button colours, labels and images
• Ticket types: each opens a private channel or a private thread, with its own support roles, naming, welcome message and per-member limit
• Who can open: require or block roles per type, a wait between a member's tickets, and a block list for people who abuse tickets
• Pre-ticket questions: ask members a few questions before their ticket opens
• Ticket actions: claim, close with a reason, reopen, add or remove members, rename, from buttons or slash commands
• Transcripts: every ticket is saved and viewable in a Discord-style viewer, and searchable by what was said
• Feedback: members rate their ticket 1 to 5 after it closes (per type, you can turn this off or reword it)
• Auto-close: inactive tickets get a reminder, then close on their own
• Analytics: ticket volume and backlog, first response and resolution times, busiest hours, satisfaction, close reasons, and breakdowns by type and staff member, compared with the previous period

Ticket Tower stores ticket messages so it can show transcripts. See tickettower.net/privacy for what's kept and for how long.
