npm install # installs deps and runs `prisma generate`
cp .env.example .env # then set AUTH_SECRET (npx auth secret)
npx prisma migrate dev --name init
npm run db:seed
npm run dev
Open http://localhost:3000 and sign in with the seeded admin:

Password: admin1234
The local default is SQLite (DATABASE_URL="file:./dev.db") so the app runs

in prisma/schema.prisma to postgresql and point
DATABASE_URL at your instance, then re-run prisma migrate dev.
