Topic-agnostic research monitoring: configure sources in Payload Admin, run a Dockerized worker to fetch → dedupe → classify → summarize → publish digests, and read a public locale-prefixed feed.
Live: https://hht.rarediseasedigest.org (Vercel, functions in fra1; Neon in Frankfurt).
apps/web — Next.js 16 + Payload CMS 3 + Mantine + next-intl (Vercel)apps/worker — Cloud Run Job monitoring pipelinepackages/shared — Zod types, dedupe, schedule helpersDeploy the worker to GCP and connect it to production web: docs/deploy-worker.md.
| Environment | Database |
|---|---|
| Production | Neon main branch (Vercel Marketplace integration hht-research-platform-web-db) |
| Preview deployments | A Neon branch preview/<git-branch> created per deployment by the integration (copy of prod) |
| Local | docker compose Postgres — never production (see apps/web/src/lib/databaseTarget.ts) |
Preview builds run ensure-schema against their own branch, so schema changes in a PR never touch
production before merge. Branches are removed together with their Vercel deployments.
