portfolio/ | George Andersen's portfolio: frameworks for making AI useful, the playbook that puts them together (/playbook), and the projects that prove them, including the AI readiness self-assessment How Boring Is Your AI? (/tools/how-boring-is-your-ai) | georgeandersen.net (Vercel, with Root Directory portfolio) |
what-do-i-actually-do/ | What Do I Actually Do? Map your work in two minutes and see what needs a fix, what a tool can take over and what needs you. | Vercel, from the repository root; also GitHub Pages |
confident-machine/ | The Confident Machine, an interactive essay on how to live and work with AI | Vercel, with Root Directory confident-machine |
flockwatch/ | Track the Pole: enter two addresses and see the Flock license plate cameras along the drive, how many would photograph your car, and who answers for each one | trackthepole.com (Vercel, with Root Directory flockwatch) |
utmdm/ | UTMDM: a shared table for classifying a team's UTMs. Type in a cell, or write a rule like "if campaign contains cup, then Type is Marketing"; add any column; every change is a version you can undo. A demo with fictional data that runs in the browser. | Vercel, with Root Directory utmdm |
sealed/ | Sealed: a group vote where every ballot stays secret until everyone has voted. Make a list, send the link, everyone rates, picks or ranks on their own phone, and the combined result opens when the last vote is in. | Vercel, with Root Directory sealed and an Upstash Redis database |
campaign-mapping/ | Campaign Mapping Layer: classifies messy UTM strings from independent operators with a versioned rule table, and reports how much of the data and spend the rules cover. Synthetic data only. | Not deployed yet |
Doit/, Doit.xcodeproj/ | A 2019 iOS to-do app | Not deployed |

vercel.json. Setting the Root Directory to what-do-i-actually-do works too. Every push to master redeploys.#, which holds that person's answers, before anything is sent, and it shows a note in the footer once counting is on.gh-pages branch, so older links to cgeorgeandersen.github.io/doit/ keep working. After changing the page here, copy index.html and og.png to gh-pages as well.See confident-machine/README.md.
