A workout log where every set you save is an attack. Log weight × reps × sets as usual, and your Pokémon fights with them: wild Pokémon to catch, gym leaders to beat, a Pokédex to fill. Two full campaigns, FireRed's Kanto and Emerald's Hoenn, run entirely on your real training.
The try-it link starts a fresh game every time, from Professor Oak's welcome and your first Pokémon. On a computer it shows the game at phone size; on a phone it opens full screen. It keeps its own save, so it never touches a real one.
To use it for your own training, install the app from mateuszkrw-coder.github.io/gym-tracker-pokemon-game: it runs full screen and offline like an app, with no account and no server. Everything stays on your device.
